These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms under which the online store Stock Treasures, operated by Segredos Altivos, Lda, VAT number 518116328 (hereinafter referred to as "Stock Treasures"), shall conduct its business.
The Stock Treasures service consists of providing and supplying a range of products and/or services, enabling the user, who is granted the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented on the website.
Use of the Stock Treasures website implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions described herein, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time of access.
If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the conditions set out herein, you should not make purchases through Stock Treasures. By accessing Stock Treasures, you undertake and agree to comply with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy.

Product Information and Pricing
Stock Treasures provides customers with information regarding the characteristics, descriptions, images, and/or videos of each product and/or service displayed on the website.
Stock Treasures undertakes to present its products and services clearly and to correct any errors that may occur as quickly as possible.
Stock Treasures displays the price of each product and/or service clearly, including VAT, shipping charges applicable to each order, and any additional costs that may apply.
Information relating to products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated or modified by Stock Treasures at any time.

All content, domain names, information, and materials made available on Stock Treasures are the property of Segredos Altivos, Lda or have been licensed to it and are protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights.
Any use, reproduction, copying, publication, or distribution of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to the prior written consent of Stock Treasures.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to above and to refrain from any actions that may infringe applicable laws, including copyright, related rights, image rights, or any other intellectual property legislation.
Stock Treasures shall not be held liable for any improper or unauthorised use of such content by third parties.

Once payment has been completed, Stock Treasures will carry out a standard verification procedure in order to process and dispatch the order.
The customer will receive an email confirming that payment has been successfully received, together with the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions at Stock Treasures
Product Availability
All products and/or services displayed on Stock Treasures are available for purchase, except in cases of stock shortages, stock limitations, or made-to-order products whose availability may vary.
Products may become unavailable without prior notice. In such cases, this information will be clearly indicated on the website whenever possible.
Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, Stock Treasures undertakes to contact the customer as soon as possible by telephone or email in order to find an appropriate solution.
Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on Stock Treasures are shown in EURO (€).
VAT and any applicable taxes required under Portuguese law are included in the displayed price.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is still being processed.

If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has already been dispatched, the shipment will proceed and the customer may choose to refuse delivery.
Stock Treasures shall not be held responsible for any delays in the processing of cancellation requests.
Stock Treasures reserves the right not to process orders or issue refunds in cases involving inconsistent information, suspected fraud, customer misconduct, or technical issues beyond its control.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

When exercising the right of withdrawal within the legal period, the customer must return the product as well as any promotional gifts or items supplied with the purchase.
Stock Treasures will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer, provided that no additional costs are incurred by the customer as a result.
All refund procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and any subsequent applicable legislation.
